White Labeling your Certificates of Analysis

This post will serve as a walkthrough for setting up White Label Clients in your customer portal.

For those unfamiliar with the term, White Labeling refers to the act of creating a duplicate Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from a CoA that has already been published. The only difference is that the “white label” will have another company’s information and logo in place of your own. We provide this service for a $50 fee.

In order to begin utilizing this service, you will have to go into your portal and create white label clients. To do this, first log into your portal. Then click on the “Clients” button located on the purple taskbar to the left, click add new, fill in the necessary information for the company, and click submit.

Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to click the “White Label” check box and select the client from the drop-down menu while submitting a sample order.
